Art gallery catalogue software for available works, not CRM.
Digital catalogue visualization: photoreal hangs and cinematic video from the files you already approve. Keep your CRM. MOCKLIO is the presentation layer collectors actually look at. Atelier 25/mo · Gallery 50/mo.
Art gallery catalogue software should show the hang
Art gallery catalogue software, as galleries mean it here, is how available works look online , not another inventory database. Programme teams already have records. The gap is visualization: remote collectors cannot feel an 80cm+ canvas from a JPEG on a PDF. MOCKLIO places the approved file in a photoreal room with camera movement.
CRM and collection tools remain the system of record. MOCKLIO does not replace them. Many galleries run both: contacts and rooms in the CRM, cinematic presentation in MOCKLIO. Confusing those jobs is how catalogues stay ugly while the database is perfect.
This page is for programme galleries. Print retailers and Etsy shops have other pages. If you need invoices and consignment, stay in your CRM. If you need the work to look hung, you are in the right product.

A JPEG catalogue hides the work collectors would buy
Available-works PDFs and website grids still ship flat files. Large originals look small. Remote buyers bounce. The CRM is fine. The catalogue is not doing its job.
Inventory lives as a JPEG in the CRM
PDF / website grid shows no hang or scale
Collectors wait for a studio visit that never books
“Buyers need to be able to imagine how a piece will look in a real home.”
“MOCKLIO is not just a handy mock-up tool. It is a proper presentation tool for artists and galleries who want their work to look as good online as it deserves to look.”
I have spent a lot of time looking for a genuinely high-quality way to create artwork mock-ups and video presentations for our catalogue, and MOCKLIO is easily the best I have found.
At Artlandish Aboriginal Art Gallery, we work with a large catalogue of original artworks, and presentation matters enormously. Buyers need to be able to imagine how a piece will look in a real home or interior space. Static product photos are important, but they only go so far. MOCKLIO takes that next step and makes the artwork feel alive, polished, professional and genuinely desirable.
What impressed me most is the quality. The video mock-ups are at a level above anything else I have come across. They do not look cheap, awkward or template-driven. They look very cool, like the kind of thing you would normally need a photographer, videographer, editor, interior stylist or 3D artist to create. With MOCKLIO, you can get that type of result without needing any of those skills.
That is the real magic of it. No technical knowledge. No photography set-up. No videography. No editing software. No painful learning curve. You upload the artwork, choose the scene, and MOCKLIO does the heavy lifting.
For an art gallery like us, that is a serious advantage. We are planning to use MOCKLIO to create many video mock-ups across our catalogue because it gives us a much better way to show artworks online, on social media, and in marketing campaigns. It helps bridge the gap between seeing a flat image on a screen and imagining the artwork as a real piece in a real space.
I have looked extensively for something that does this properly, and honestly, I have not found anything that comes close. MOCKLIO is not just a handy mock-up tool. It is a proper presentation tool for artists and galleries who want their work to look as good online as it deserves to look.
Highly recommended.
What catalogue visualization includes: and what it does not
Presentation for available works. Records stay where they already live.
Photoreal hang from the file
Composite of the gallery’s approved image. Artwork is not invented by generative AI. Scale stays plausible for 80cm+ work.
Cinematic catalogue video
10s @ 30fps and 12.5s @ 24fps, 16:9 or 9:16. Content pack: three stills, carousel, captions. Built for email, viewing rooms, and the site.
Batch when the show drops
Up to 100 files through AI room match when a fair or opening compresses production. Manual scene pick stays primary.
Not CRM
No client database, no invoicing. ArtPlacer and collection systems keep winning those jobs. MOCKLIO is cinematic presentation. Run both.
Credits for video. Unlimited stills for the rest of the list.
Do not hire a videographer to film the available-works PDF. Atelier and Gallery are sized for programme cadence.

| CRM / inventory records | Not their job | Not ours either. Keep your CRM |
| Scale of 80cm+ work | Depends on the set | Photoreal rooms, plausible hang |
| Turnaround before a fair | 1–3 weeks typical | Same-day cinematic on volume plans |
| Re-hang in another interior | Change order | Re-render in another scene |
| Stills for the full list | Usually extra | Unlimited still mockups |
How programme galleries visualize available works
Export approved files from the CRM
MOCKLIO does not ingest the database. Marketing uploads the public-ready images. Keep consignment and contacts where they already live.
Hang hero works; stills for the rest
Unlimited stills cover the catalogue. Submit cinematic jobs for 15–50 hero pieces on Atelier or Gallery. Optional AI batch up to 100.
Ship the viewing room
Loop Hub Share Packs go into the website, collector email, WhatsApp, and advisor decks. Same hang, every channel.

FAQ
Art gallery catalogue software FAQ
Art gallery catalogue software, in MOCKLIO’s sense, is the presentation layer for available works: photoreal room stills and cinematic video so collectors can judge scale and hang before they visit. It is not inventory CRM or invoicing. You keep ArtPlacer or your collection system for records. MOCKLIO visualizes the files you already approve for public view.
No. MOCKLIO does not replace CRM, consignment tracking, or collection-management tools. Those platforms win on rooms, contacts, and records. MOCKLIO wins cinematic presentation. Many galleries run both. If you need a client database, keep the system you have. Use MOCKLIO to stop sending flat JPEGs as the catalogue.
A JPEG on a white field hides size. Works around 80cm and larger need a believable interior and camera movement, or they read as posters. MOCKLIO composites the gallery’s approved file into photoreal rooms. The artwork is not regenerated by AI. Collectors get stills plus a 10-second Reel and a 12.5-second cinematic cut per hang.
Yes. Cover the show with unlimited still mockups. Spend cinematic credits on hero works and pieces in active conversations. Atelier includes 25 videos per month; Gallery includes 50. Batch AI can match rooms for up to 100 files when a fair or opening compresses the calendar. Need more volume? Contact us at contact@mockl.io.
The content pack is 10 seconds at 30fps, 12.5 seconds at 24fps, three stills, a carousel, a caption carousel, and a Reel caption. Loop Hub is where the team downloads Share Packs, adds works to a portfolio page, or prepares listing assets. Use those files on the website, in collector email, and in viewing-room follow-up.
This page is for programme galleries and catalogue originals: rotating available works, not SKU proofing for print-on-demand. Fine-art print retailers have a separate workflow. Etsy bulk mockups are a different ICP. If you represent artists and sell 25+ large works or editions a month, you are in the right place.
Available works, visualized. CRM stays where it is.
